With our maths friends, children can discover the abstract world of numbers in a playful way. If acorns or flowers are collected from nature and put together in different ways, then new arithmetic problems arise effortlessly. In this way, arithmetic can be experienced with different senses when the hands can grasp what the eyes can see.
