You may return any product purchased directly from GRIMM's on the web shop as long as it is unopened and in its original packaging and within 30 days from the date your order was shipped.

If we receive your return and it meets our return policy, we will refund the full purchase price.

The refund applies only to the specific item and excludes any shipping charges. If the item was originally shipped under a free freight offer and the return would invalidate the original offer, the refund will be reduced by the amount of freight charges that would have been payable.
