Should I be concerned when my child is mouthing one of your products?
All colours and oils we use are certified in accordance with the EN 71 and CPSIA/ASTM 963 standards.
They are therefore recommended for use on children’s toys and harmless to the health of your child or baby.

Why does my new product have a strong smell?
We oil our nature wood products with a mix of different nature oils. The stronger smell is typical for natural linseed oil which is completely harmless, and it will decrease over time. For care simply use soapy water with a damp cloth for cleaning. Dry immediately. Please do not submerge in water and do not use disinfectant or hot water.

How can I wash the dolls?
Please clean by hand washing only. Please be gentle and careful when washing the face. The colours of the face are water-resistant, but they can fade.

If it is difficult to insert the mast into the sailing boat:
Wood naturally expands and contracts so sometimes the mast does not fit easily in the hole in the boat. Use a hammer and tap gently to insert the mast into the hole. Repeat the process and the hole will widen enough so you can insert the mast manually.

How do I get spare parts for your products?

How can I, as an individual customer, get your catalogue?
Unfortunately we do not sell to end customers directly. We would be happy to let you know the resellers and our sales partner/distributors that are closest to you and can best offer guidance and advice.

Why do you not show any pricing on this website?
Various different VAT regulations in different countries result in different end customer prices. Please contact local resellers to get pricing information.

The parcels containing products I received are damaged − what to do?
Open the parcels while the driver, who delivered the parcels, is next to you. If there is anything damaged or missing, ask the driver to sign for this damage.
Take pictures of the damage and send a report to us. We will try to claim the damage and get a refund for you. Please keep the transport packaging until the case is finally resolved. Do not throw away.
