GRIMM'S NEWSLETTER PRIZE DRAW
Terms and Conditions of Participation
Organiser
The organiser of the prize draw is GRIMM'S GmbH.
Entry
Entry to the prize draw is free of charge and is made by subscribing to the GRIMM'S newsletter. All individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in a country to which the GRIMM'S online shop delivers are eligible to enter. Employees of GRIMM’S GmbH are excluded from taking part.
Entry period
The prize draw takes place four times a year. The draws will take place on:
20 March
21 May
22 August
23 November
Anyone who has subscribed to the newsletter by the relevant deadline will automatically be entered into the corresponding prize draw. Anyone who remains subscribed to the newsletter will automatically be entered into all subsequent prize draws. It is not necessary to re-register.
Prize
One voucher code worth €350 for the GRIMM’S online shop will be raffled off in each draw. The voucher code is valid for one year from the date of issue. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
Selection and notification of the winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible newsletter subscribers within seven days of the respective draw date. The winner will be notified and the voucher sent by email.
Eligible countries
People residing in the following countries are eligible to enter:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain.
Data Protection
The personal data collected as part of the newsletter registration process will be processed exclusively in accordance with GRIMM’S GmbH’s privacy policy. It will be used to run the prize draw and to send out the newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in the newsletter. Unsubscribing from the newsletter also ends your participation in future prize draws.
Miscellaneous
No legal recourse is available. GRIMM’S GmbH reserves the right to amend or terminate the prize draw at any time for good cause, should this become necessary.
