Following our play worlds, we'll be introducing our construction worlds, which further blend creative building and imaginative play. Step by step, we're continuing our journey, full of conviction and enthusiasm for free play... Will you join us?
Those who play freely learn to break boundaries
Our building worlds are a hybrid of our small-format construction kits and our play worlds, making them particularly diverse. They are perfectly incomplete, inviting children to add their own imagination, create worlds, and play freely with them. Those who play freely learn to push boundaries and are prepared for a life full of creative problem-solving.
And that's what our 2024 innovations are all about: pushing boundaries! They're designed to push boundaries, to continually discover new and surprising things in the old. In children's hands, they come to life, creating new, fantastic worlds.
Castles in the air?
Our building worlds are thematically connected by the element of air. Each individual building world focuses on a wonder of our world that is created in connection with air. That's why we affectionately call them our castles in the air <3
Construction world desert sand
When the layers of air overlap in the vastness of the desert, mirages create the impressive Fata Morgana phenomenon. What seemed there is suddenly gone—how can that be? Rich yellow, orange, and red tones blended with natural wood give the desert sand construction a deep warmth.

Construction world cloud play
Clouds form when evaporated water rises with the air and condenses. Their incredible lightness can only be imagined. The pastel tones of the Bauwelt Wolkenspiel reflect this lightness and lend the solid wood a harmonious delicacy.

Construction World Polar Lights
The northern lights are created by the collision of charged particles from the sun and guest particles in the air. They decorate the sky as colorful veils, dancing as if by magic. The cool nuances of blue and white give the northern lights an icy, magical appearance.

Pastel Duo
The Pastel Duo may not be part of our building worlds, but it's a new addition to our light and airy pastel world. It offers beautiful building materials in two basic geometric shapes – all in duplicate. The triangles in the two different wood types, alder and linden, and the pastel-colored rectangular building elements harmonize beautifully with their contrasts.
The Pastel Duo not only perfectly complements the building materials in our Pastel series, but also invites you to sort by similar colors and shapes and discover many other play possibilities.

What's new?
1. Building material + playing pieces = building world
Our building worlds are advanced hybrids of our small construction kits and our play worlds. By offering a variety of building materials and play figures, they directly combine two of our favorite things: creative building and free play.
2. Movable doors
Each building world contains two archways with small holes, to which the doors can be attached using a string. Attached to the string, they can be opened and closed at will, providing lively play. A simple, small feature that children love.
3. Perfect complement
The building worlds are stackable with our other small square construction sets and combine particularly well with our play materials in primary and rainbow colors. This not only makes them an ideal addition to our existing range, but also makes them ideal starter products that can be expanded upon and combined in a variety of ways.
4. Experience our colorful world playfully
Since free play isn't just a child's pastime, but holds enormous potential for life as a whole, it's important to us to bring the big world into even the smallest of children's rooms and thus make it tangible. Our building worlds therefore engage children with the wonders of our world and take them on a journey to the desert, the Arctic Circle, and high into the clouds...
